1. Introduction

Royal Cholistan Desert Safari (RCDS) provides safari and tourism services in Cholistan Desert, Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between RCDS and its customers.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking: Customer must book safari/tour package through RCDS website, email, or phone.
2.2. Payment: 50% advance payment required to confirm booking; balance due 7 days prior to departure.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Desert Safari:
• Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to scheduled safari date: 10% cancellation fee; remaining amount refunded.
• Cancellation made between 15-29 days prior: 25% cancellation fee; remaining amount refunded.
• Cancellation made between 72 hours-14 days prior: 50% cancellation fee; remaining amount refunded.
• Cancellation made less than 72 hours prior or no-show: No refund.

Desert Camp and Other Tours:
Cancellation and refund policy varies as services provided by third-party providers. RCDS will assist in liaison with providers.

4. Liability and Responsibility

4.1. RCDS ensures customer safety, but cannot guarantee against accidents/illness.
4.2. Customer responsible for own health, safety, and well-being.

5. Insurance

5.1. RCDS recommends customers purchase travel insurance.

6. Safari/Tour Details

6.1. Itinerary and schedule subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. Customer must comply with RCDS guidelines and instructions.

7. Health and Medical Conditions

7.1. Customer must disclose medical conditions/health concerns.
7.2. RCDS reserves right to refuse service if medical conditions pose risk.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. RCDS owns all intellectual property rights to website content.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions governed by Pakistani law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Disputes resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.
